It has 3 GB, 4 GB and 6 GB of RAM. Plus 32 and 64 GB internal storage is provided.
The Redmi Note 7 is the first Note phone from Xiaomi to come with a waterdrop notch display. The waterdrop notch is circular unlike it is in phones from Vivo, Oppo, OnePlus, and others. As far as the overall design of the Redmi Note 7 is concerned the phone looks like Mi Play that was launched in China in December last year.
A phone so cheap with 48MP camera is a big deal. The Redmi Note 7 comes with two cameras on the back which are placed in a vertical fashion. Right below the cameras there’s the LED flash, and next to which there is a circular fingerprint sensor. The Note 7 includes a primary camera of 48MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture on the back, while the secondary camera includes a 5MP sensor for portrait shots.
Gradient finish. One of the best things about the Redmi Note 7 is how beautiful it looks from the back. The phone, much like the Mi Play, comes with gradient finish and has also been launched in several funky colours including Red, Blue, Pink and others.
Yet again a phone so cheap running on Snapdragon 660 AIE chipset is a great deal. So far, this Qualcomm processor has powered only phones that are slighlt higher prices like the Vivo V11 Pro which retails for Rs 25,990 in India. The Redmi Note 7 is the only phone under Rs 10,000 with Snapdragon 660.
Another reason to rejoice is that Xiaomi finally brings a Redmi phone witg USB Type C support.
