Oppo has received a lot of attention for their first-ever Android tablet, which has officially been revealed to be called the Oppo Pad. The tablet will be released alongside the Oppo Find X5 series on February 24. In addition, the business has provided us with a sneak peek at its design and crucial characteristics ahead of the formal debut.
Renders and Key Specifications for the Oppo Pad
Oppo has posted a teaser on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo, revealing that the Oppo Pad would have a matte back panel with a single rear camera. The back panel will also include two Oppo brandings: one tiny and basic in the centre, and the other large and running along the left side. If you’re wondering where you’ve seen anything like this before, consider the Realme 8 Pro!
The bezels on the front are tiny, yet they are noticeable. A white-coloured Oppo stylus, which resembles the Apple Pencil, is also pictured alongside the tablet. A USB Type-C connector, a top-mounted power button, and a quad-speaker arrangement are among the other features.
The Oppo Pad comes in two colour options: grey and purple, both with a dual-tone finish. It appears to be similar to the Realme Pad, but with a focus on branding.
The majority of the features on the specs sheet are still hidden. According to reports, the Oppo Pad would have a 10.95-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Oppo has revealed that its first tablet would be powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor, with a price tag of under Rs 25,000.
A 13-megapixel back camera and an 8-megapixel front camera are also predicted. A battery capacity of 8,360mAh has also been verified for the tablet. You’ll very certainly find support for 33W fast charging on board as well. ColorOS for Pad, based on Android 12, will operate on the Oppo Pad.
On February 24, the Oppo Pad will be released in China with the premium Oppo Find X5 Pro series. So keep an eye out for additional information on these next Oppo products.
