Radeon R7 series SSDs will make use of Toshiba A19 MLC NAND memory. It belongs to the Toggle mode NAND category. The Barefoot 3 SSD controller which is generally seen in OCZ SSDs will also be seen on the Radeon R7 series SSDs. It will come in a 2.5-inch form factor along with a 3.5-inch adapter.
