The Honor Play 5T Pro supports 22.5W rapid charging.
On Thursday, the Play 5T Pro was released in China, with a 64-megapixel primary back camera and capability for 22.5W fast charging. The smartphone is equipped with a 4,000mAh battery and a 6.6-inch hole-punch display with a cutout in the top center.
It features a fingerprint scanner on the side, while the rear camera module is rectangular and located in the upper left corner. The MediaTek Helio G80 SoC powers the Play 5T Pro, which supports a 4G connection.
Price and availability of the Honor Play 5T Pro
The Honor Play 5T Pro costs CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs.17,215) in China for the single 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. It’s available in two colours: Magic Night Black and Titanium Silver. The phone is available for pre-order on the HiHonor website and will be available for purchase on August 11.
Specifications of the Honor Play 5T Pro
On the software front, the Honor Play 5T Pro runs on Magic UI 4.0, which is based on Android 10. It has a hole-punch cutout in the top centre of a 6.6-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) TFT LCD display. The MediaTek Helio G80 SoC has coupled with 8GB RAM to power the phone. The internal storage capacity is 128GB.

The Play 5T Pro has a dual-camera setup on the rear with a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.9 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The phone will include a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
AI photography, high-pixel mode, time-lapse photography, night scene mode, portrait mode, panoramic, HDR, filter, watermark, smiley face capture, voice control photography, continuous shooting, and more are among the rear camera capabilities promised by Honor on the 5T Pro. Portrait mode, time-lapse photography, filters, happy face capture, self-portrait mirroring, voice control photography, timed photography, and gesture photography are all available on the front camera.
The Play 5T Pro comes with a 4,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging. It promises to be able to charge up to 53% in just 30 minutes. Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.1, USB Type-C connector, GPS, 4G LTE, and other connectivity choices are available. It weighs 179 grams and features a fingerprint sensor on the side. Ambient light sensor, compass, and gravity sensor are among the sensors onboard.
