Leaked iPhone 15 Design Info
ShrimpApplePro has revealed the design details of the iPhone 15 series on Twitter. It is shown that the iPhone 15 series will feature curved edges rather than flat ones, but the display will remain flat.
There are reports that the iPhone 15 Pro models will sport thinner bezels. The iPhone 15 Pro Max, which could use the Ultra suffix, looks like an Apple Watch with thin bezels and curved edges.
In case you don’t know, Apple shifted to a flat-edge design with the iPhone 12 series, which attracted divided opinions. Apple wants to make another shift so that more people like it.
As with the iPhone 14 Pro models, all iPhone 15 models will come with the new Dynamic Island, which debuted with the iPhone 14 Pro models. Besides, the screen sizes will remain the same, so the iPhone 15 and the iPhone 15 Pro will have 6.1-inch screens, while the iPhone 15 Plus and the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have 6.7-inch screens.
The non-Pro models will likely be powered by the A16 Bionic chipset, and the Pro will be powered by the new A17 chipset. Several camera improvements, including a periscopic lens for the Pro models, are also in tow. The iPhone 15 Pro should also support USB Type-C and ditch the physical volume and power buttons. Apple has not confirmed this, but it may change its pricing strategy and make the iPhone 15 Pro models more expensive.
