Microsoft’s GPT-4 powered Bing AI is now available to everyone without any waitlist. Previously, the AI-powered search engine-cum-chatbot was in limited preview mode. Users had to join a waiting list to access it.
However, Microsoft has finally opened up MS AI Bing to the public, providing immediate access to all users who sign up with a Microsoft account.
To get started with the new Bing AI, users will still need a Microsoft account, and they will see a “Join the waiting list” button. But clicking the button will lead to an instant success message. The new Microsoft Bing AI opens up to everyone, and users can now experiment with all the cool features that come with an AI-powered search engine.
However, one major caveat: Microsoft only allows access to Bing AI via its Edge browser. Users can’t access the Bing Chat feature on other popular browsers. But there’s a simple workaround, as explained in our article on how to use Bing Chat AI on any browser.
With the GPT-4 powered Bing AI now available to everyone, it will be interesting to see how it competes with other AI-powered search engines such as ChatGPT. So, try out this AI search feature and share your thoughts in the comments below.
