Moto Edge 30 with 144Hz OLED Display is now available in India, with prices starting at Rs 25,999.
Motorola has debuted the Moto Edge 30 in India, as promised, after first introducing it in the worldwide market. The Moto Edge 30 is the mid-range sister of the high-end Moto Edge 30 Pro, yet it still has many fascinating characteristics and features. Here’s a short rundown of the specifics.
Moto Edge 30 Specifications and Features
The specifications sheet isn’t surprising given that the Moto Edge 30 has already been released internationally. To summarize, this smartphone is marketed as the world’s thinnest 5G smartphone, measuring only 6.79mm thick. It is also extremely light, at only 155 grams. The smartphone has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ compatibility, and DCI P3 colour gamut. Amazon HDR playback is also supported.
It is powered by a Snapdragon 778G+ CPU and, as previously said, has up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The Edge 30 is powered by a 4,020mAh battery (smaller than the 4,800mAh battery found in the Edge 30 Pro) that supports 33W TurboPower rapid charging. It runs Android 12 with the My UX 3.0 skin from the firm on top.
A 50MP primary camera with Quad Pixel Technology and OIS support, a 50MP ultra-wide lens with PDAF and Macro Vision compatibility, and a 2MP depth sensor round out the camera department. A 32-megapixel front camera is also included. Night Vision, Dual Capture, Portrait mode, Face Beauty, 4K video recording, slow-motion films, and more are among the camera’s capabilities.
Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, twin stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a USB Type-C connector, and IP52 water and dust protection are among the other features. The Edge 30 also has Moto gestures, a dedicated Google Assistant button, 13 5G bands, and other features. It is available in Meteor Grey and Aurora Green.
