Although Xiaomi has announced its Redmi Note 11 series in India, the company is still concentrating on its budget-friendly Redmi 10 series. The Redmi 10’s debut date in India was just recently disclosed by the company. Following suit, Xiaomi has now announced a new edition of the Redmi 10 in Nigeria, known as the Redmi 10C. This smartphone includes a Snapdragon 680 CPU, 50MP cameras, and other features.
Redmi 10C Specifications and Features
The Redmi 10C is the successor to the Redmi 9C and features a square-shaped back camera hump with square-shaped cameras and a fingerprint sensor. The front includes a notch for a waterdrop display. This is identical to the Redmi 10, which is slated to be released in India on March 17, and we can only presume it is a rebranded Redmi 10C.
The back camera array consists of a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera has a resolution of 5MP. The Redmi 10C sports a large 6.71-inch HD+ LCD display with minimal bezels on three sides but a hefty bottom one.
The rEDI 10c is powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC, similar to the Redmi Note 11 in India. This is combined with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. A memory card can be used to extend the internal storage space.
The 10C is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W rapid charging through the USB-C connector, which is very sluggish for 2022. It is powered by MIUI 13, however, it is based on Android 11. This new Redmi phone is available in Black, Blue, and Green.

Xiaomi’s latest affordable Redmi 10C is available in two RAM+Storage variants, and the pricing is as follows:
