In India, Redmi Launched 32-inch and 43-inch smart TVs with Android TV 11 and 20W speakers.
Xiaomi’s Mi TV 5X series was launched at its Smarter Living event last month, but the Chinese company hasn’t forgotten about the Redmi Smart TV range in India. Redmi TVs were initially introduced in India earlier this year, and the firm is now expanding its range with the introduction of two new Redmi Smart TVs in the nation. Xiaomi’s Vivid Picture Engine, Dolby Audio, and Android 11 compatibility are included in the 32-inch HD and 43-inch Full-HD smart TVs.
Redmi 32-inch and 43-inch Smart TVs Specifications
As previously said, the new Redmi Smart TV range is available in 32-inch and 43-inch display sizes, with HD and Full-HD resolution capabilities. Both TVs utilize the company’s proprietary Vivid Picture Engine and can reproduce up to 16 million colors. This allows the user to watch their favorite content at its best in terms of brightness, saturation, and sharpness.
Furthermore, based on customer input, the company is including extensive visual controls on these Redmi Smart TVs. That implies, among other things, you’ll be able to change the lighting, saturation, color, gamma, and image mode.
Both of these Redmi TVs ship with Android TV 11 and Xiaomi’s PatchWall 4 skin on top. You will get access to over 5000+ apps through the Play Store, 75+ free live channels with PatchWall, an IMDb connection to display content ratings right on the home screen, and much more. These smart TVs also include a special Kids Mode, Universal Search, and other functions.
Both the 32-inch and 43-inch Redmi Smart TVs include 20W speakers. For the first time in the budget class, Xiaomi enhances the audio experience by including Dolby Audio (Dolby 5.1 surround sound) and DTS Virtual X (for spatial audio compatibility). In terms of ports and connection, Xiaomi provides dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) support, which is excellent. There are also two HDMI ports, two USB 2.0 ports, one AV port, one 3.5mm headphone jack, one RJ45 Ethernet connector, and one antenna port.
The 32-inch and 43-inch Smart TVs also offer auto low-latency mode, which provides a lag-free and seamless experience whether connected to a console or computer.
Three useful functions are supported by the Mi TV Remote that comes with the Redmi Smart TV series. First, there’s a Google Assistant button, as well as easy access to the Netflix and Prime Video OTT applications. Second, you may ‘Quick Mute’ the TV by double-clicking the volume down button, which is a function that many will appreciate. Finally, these TVs have a Quick Wake function.

In terms of pricing, the 32-inch HD Redmi Smart TV costs Rs. 15,999 in India, while the 43-inch Full-HD Redmi Smart TV costs Rs. 25,999. Both of these smart TVs will be available for purchase for the first time next month at the ‘Diwali with Mi’ event and the Amazon Great India Festival.
