In India, Samsung is set to launch two new phones, the Galaxy A34 5G and the Galaxy A54 5G, which will be an exciting addition to the Galaxy A-series lineup. The launch date of March 16th, 12 PM has been confirmed by the company. Here’s what you need to know about these upcoming smartphones.
New Galaxy A-Series Phones are Coming!
Samsung has already started teasing the arrival of the new Galaxy A-series phones, and the launch event will be held online. You can register now to receive notifications about the phones, so you don’t miss out on anything. Although the names of the phones haven’t been confirmed, it is widely speculated that they will be the Galaxy A34 and A54 5G smartphones.
According to the teaser image, the Galaxy A34 5G and the Galaxy A54 5G will have an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. They will be available in purple, yellow, and graphite color options.
As for the specs, both phones will feature an AMOLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate. Leaks suggest that the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset, while the Galaxy A54 5G will feature the Dimensity 1380 SoC.
The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G is expected to have 64MP triple rear cameras, while the Galaxy A54 5G will have a 50MP primary shooter. Both phones are rumored to support 25W fast charging and will run on One UI 5.0 based on Android 13. The European prices of the phones were recently leaked, with the Galaxy A34 starting at €419 (₹36,000) and the Galaxy A54 costing €519 (₹45,000). However, Indian prices are expected to be lower.
