Cyberpunk 2077 News: Behind the hopes of the most recent update, Cyberpunk 2077 becomes unplayable for one PlayStation 5 player after installing it.
Cyberpunk 2077 currently has a slew of technological shortcomings that often disrupt the player’s immersion or cause the game to crash. Despite how much time CD Projekt Red has spent attempting to patch and develop Cyberpunk 2077, the game already has many bugs. Even after installing the most recent update, one PS5 player still had serious issues when playing.
Since its release in December of last year, Cyberpunk 2077’s success on last-generation consoles has been, to put it lightly, unfavorable. Cyberpunk 2077 update 1.2 is allegedly creating new issues for players when downloaded. Playing Cyber-punk 2077 on a PS5 could theoretically have more reliability, but according to one player, even next-gen devices are having similar problems as a result of the current patch.
After about fifteen seconds, the car clips through the earth and begins to crash through the skybox, according to Twitter user Mutahar, who shared a clip of Cyber-punk 2077 gaming on PS5 after installing the most recent patch. This is almost analogous to avoid discovered in Night City before the eventual fixes in Cyberpunk 2077. The game world won’t load properly for Mutahar for any reason, and other users may be having similar problems.
The number of additional problems that have occurred as a direct result of these patches is genuinely astounding at this stage. CD Projekt Red needs to patch this title, as it wouldn’t make sense for the studio to purposefully make it as buggy as it is right now. Nonetheless, the fact that the game is still not running well for certain users amid these changes is cause for concern.
Similarly, when The Witcher 3 was first released, it had similar technical problems, but after those issues were fixed, the game went on to become one of the most acclaimed games ever made. Provided that the studio’s goals for Cyber-punk 2077 are almost similar to those of The Witcher 3, several people feel confident that the game will be fixed in due time.
However, Cyberpunk 2077 is also a long way from being what it should be. Cyber-punk 2077 is unplayable for users like Mutahar because cars will clip through the ground at any time. Many people are still surprised that Cyber-punk 2077 is still unavailable on the PlayStation Store nearly three months after it was removed. All fans can do right now is hope that CD Projekt Red remains aware of and responsive to the game’s issues.
Cyberpunk 2077 is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions in the works.
